Spring Festival
In China, Spring Festival is one of the most important festivals. It is also getting more and more popular in some foreign countries. When Spring Festival comes, it means that a new year comes, and people grow a year older. During the festival, it is very crowded throughout the country.
On the eve of Spring Festival, parents get food, clothes and Spring Festival's goods prepared. The people who work outside come back, and the whole family gets together to have meals and say goodbye to the last year, and welcome the New Year. After the meal, they wait until midnight comes. They set off fireworks then.
On the first morning of the Spring Festival, everyone wears their new clothes and then go to other's homes to celebrate the New Year. Each family sets off fireworks when their guests come, and they take out sweets and peanuts to share. On the following days, they go around to their relatives and friends. The Spring Festival has several meanings. It means people working outside can come back to relax themselves, a new year begins. When spring comes, farmers begin to plant crops and people make a plan for the New Year.
All the people throughout the world pay much attention to it. Our country of course holds some national celebrations to celebrate it. This most traditional festival in China will go on being celebrated in the future.
lu minger, our physics teacher, is a good teacher. he has been teaching for forty years. we all love and respect him because he has devoted himself to the cause of education.
but he has a very strange temperament①.he often criticizes②us when we make mistakes. so, at first, we couldn't get along well with him;but later, we realized that he was a kind and warm-hearted teacher. we came to love him and looked on him as our good friend.
he is very strict not only with us but also with himself. he will forget his sadness or illness as soon as he stands in front of the blackboard. sometimes he knocks the blackboard heavily to emphasize③ what he is saying. sometimes he laughs or jumps on the platform④. he is absorbed in⑤ teaching and forgets himself. all of us study physics actively and carefully because we have such a good teacher.
mr lu is very old. he will leave the school before long. the number of the students he has taught can't be counted. he has worked all his life for his students, like a candle that burns itself to give light to others.
Welcome to my hometown! Haimen is my hometown. It is a modern and busy town. It has a long history. There are many big supermarkets, beautiful gardens and good factories here. It is very easy to go shopping. You can see green hills, big trees and nice flowers. There are many restaurants in Haimen. You can enjoy Haimen goat. It tastes very delicious. Many visitors come here to enjoy it. There are many good places to visit. There is a park and a big Shopping Mall. You can see films in Renmin Theatre. My school is one of the best schools in my hometown. It is on Changjiang Road. It is very beautiful. I hope you can come and visit soon.
已经是将近快三个月的时光了，这周除了跟以往的一样，做些琐碎的事情，更多的是以现场跟班生产实习为主，更多的了解的产品，生产实习是学习的一项重要环节，通过此次实习，我学到了很多课本上学不到的知识，使我更深刻地了解了外贸业务流程等知识。这周，我感到满足和充实感，因为老板开始让我真正的接触业务了，美国一位客户通过邮箱向我询问了产品，并向我索要样品。在这过程中，我们起初是用邮箱一问一答，后来对方提出用msn联系，显然这样方便多了，但在询问中我也遇到了点问题，因为她问我的产品，其实我也不是很清楚，因为的一些塑料制品很多是用自己的编号的，跟她所提供的型号，编号什么的都对不上，但我对产品熟练度又不够，所以都会询问下老板是否有此类产品。但最后，我成功的完成了个开头，按对方要求寄样品(样品运费是有她出)，她也希望与我方有进一步的业务来往。虽说不知果会是怎么样，但还是个好的开头。
我是一名商务英语专业的学生。在即将毕业的这几个月里，我主要负责的工作内容是办公室文秘。在这一过程中，我采用了看、问、学等方式，初步了解了文秘工作中的具体业务知识，拓展了所学的专业知识。
为以后正常工作的展开奠定了坚实的基础，从个人发展方面说，对我影响的应该是作为一个社会人工作作风以及在工作过程中专业知识对工作的重要作用，因为这些都是我在校学习中不曾接触过的方面，所以我将在报告中首先讲述我在实习期间积累的这方面的认识和经验。
毕业实习是每个大学生必须拥有的一段经历，它使我们在实践中了解社会，让我们学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，受益匪浅，也打开了视野，增长了见识，为我们以后进一步走向社会打下坚实的基础。
由于我所在的是驻乌的一个办事处，是一家私企，所以我刚开始的工作并不忙，没有感觉到很累。只是每天都要守在电话和传真机旁。很耗时间，第一天就因为坐了一天腰酸背痛的。但是过了几天就稍有点习惯了，每天向我同一个办公室的女孩学习一些办公知识。刚步入工作岗位，才发现自己有很多都不懂的。
现在在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些会计方面的书，虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场，但我觉得应该多学点，有几个技能在以后找工作也可以给自己我几个选择。我现在上班近两个月了，在这短短一个多朋中，曾有几次想过干完一个月不干了。也许我是刚开始工作，有时受不了经理给的“气”， 自己心里很不舒服，就想辞职再重新换个工作得了。但静下心来仔细想想，再换个工作也是的，在别人手底下工作不都是这样么?刚开始，就应该踏踏实实的干好自己的工作，毕竟又没有工作经验，现在有机会了就要从各方面锻炼自己。不然，想念以后干什么都会干不好的。我现在的工作，相比其他人来说待遇挺不错的了，也不是和其他人比，工作也不是很难，很容易进入工作，关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。
由于经验少，我现在这方面还有欠缺。现在才明白，在校做一名学生，是多么的好啊!早晚要工作，早晚要步入社会，早晚要面对这些避免不了的事。所以，现在我很珍惜学习的机会，多学一点总比没有学的好，花同样的时间，还不如多学，对以后择业会有很大的帮助。再说回来，在工作中，互相谅解使我很感激他们。有时同事有事要晚来一点，就要我一个人在办公室办公，偶尔我也会的，大家相处的很好，没有什么隔合。有几次要回学校办点事，去向经理请几小时的假，经理也都很体谅，直接就给批假了。这个时候心里很开心;遇到一个如此好说话的经理。所以，感觉现在的工作还是挺不错的，最重要的事就是周围的同事都很不错的。心里上没有什么额外的，不必要的压力，可以好好工作，学习。
先就业，后择业。我现在要好好锻炼自己。再好好学习，之后相信自己通过努力一定会找个好工作来回报父母及其所有的老师的。别的没有什么奢求的，现在当然是把磨练自己放在第一位，更何况现在的待遇还不错。在这一个多月中，我学到了一些在学校学不到的东西，即使都明白的事，可是刚开始有时还做不好。现在做事，不仅要持有需心求教的态度，还要懂得取长补短，最重要的一点就是“忍”了也就是坚持不懈。现在，我工作的时间虽然不久，可是我发现自己真的变了点，会比以前为人处事了。
人生难免会遇到挫折，没有经历过失败的人生不是完整的人生。在秘书这个职位上，技术性的劳动并不多，大多是些琐碎重复的工作，因而秘书在工作中所会遇到的挫折主要可能发生在：[1]与上司沟通不好;上司给的某份工作感觉吃力，难以胜任;对琐碎重复的工作感到怨烦;与上司发生争执;情感方面。
针对文员这个职位的特点，具体到挫折时，不妨从调整心态来舒解压力，面对挫折。古曰“天降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，增益其所不能。” 遇到挫折时应进行冷静，从客观、主观、目标、环境、条件等方面，找出受挫的原因，采取有效的补救措施。

i can play football, basketball and badminton quite well. and i can sing and dance very well! but i can’t run and swim. i always cook the breakfast for my master. my master is sally. she is a pretty girl. she plays hopscotch very well.

快乐在于知足。一个不满于现状的人终是处在痛苦之中。
关于学英语，最近有些让我颇为惊喜的成长。
先交代一下背景，从去年2月27日至今（3月18日），用英语流利说app读英语已经持续一年多了，为了达到返学费的目的，我每天都在坚持读，整整一年没有一天中断，结果我付了966元的学费，最后拿到1200元奖学金，而这个能赚钱的活动现在再也没有了。
平时遛狗的时候，也喜欢戴着耳机听Listening English Pod Cast 365，这是一个面相全世界英语学习者的英语教学广播节目，全英语教学，而且主持人也是地道的美国人。从最开始听的时候是一脸懵逼，直到现在我现在听Pod Cast能听懂70%，另外一个更简单的广播节目Happy English，我能几乎能听懂100%了，超满足的。
如此这般慢慢学习，进度是慢，但基础打得扎实。现在不畏惧听英语和看英语了，这对我来说真的是很大的进步。
太累了，得睡，明天继续写。
the first day of high school life, i have some thoughts and feelings. the passage of time can always give people some special things.in the new environment, i feel a bit excited. be able to recognize the new students and teachers is my greatest gains. in the next three years, we will learn、work and progress together to make our dreams come true. i will have new friends, and share the joy and sadness with them. the process of learning is also a growing process.similarly, i will also face many difficulties. i might have difficulties in learning and getting along with ctes , bearing some pressure in life. however, i will get stronger and get through every step of high school three years.
Nowadays the newspaper possesses considerable value Everybody should read it. It supplies us with a variety of news every day. It tells us the political situation of the world. If we form the habit of reading the newspaper， we shall get enough knowledge to cope with our circumstances.
I have a lot of friends, but I have only a few good friends. One of them is my best friend. We are both twelve years old. He is fat and tall. He likes to eat oranges and meat. He is very straight and generous. We always help each other. He is a nice boy and his math is very good. He likes to play football and basketball. I enjoy playing with him because I can learn a lot from him. He can always come up with art answers to those difficult questions. We usually play together after school in the afternoon. He is very funny and sometimes he tells me some interesting stories but sometimes he sets me up. After all we get a long well. But sometimes we fight each other. His goal is to be a math teacher. He lives in LinShan and I live in xiangshan. But we are good friends.
