After my husband ensured me several times that my new hair was not that terrible, I finally plucked up enough courage to enter into my office, bracing for one blow after another:

If any woman says that she doesn’t care about what she looks, either she lies or she is a saint.  In a society where too much importance has been attached to outward appearance, we just can’t be more careful about our looks. To keep in shape, we sweat it out in the gym and force ourselves on tasteless diets. We could hardly enjoy a marvelous meal or delicious ice cream without any guilt.

What kind of emotions would be provoked by the word “Muslim”? Awed, respect, curious, perhaps a little disgust combined with some fear?  Out of curiosity, we paid a short visit to City mosque at ……

The most beautiful moment in Manukan island, I finally realized, was at day break. When the sun was piercing the morning with its first rays and touching the ocean with its gentle hand, every thing was bathed in heavenly peace.

The ocean always has a hypnotic effect on me. All of my worries would be washed away even I was doing nothing more than watching the waves and listening to the muted roar of water coming in and going out. For me this trip should be a perfect escape rather than a restless adventure.  Therefore the travel package of 3d/2n Manukan Island Resort could not be better for me.
