For a long time I seldom get together with him. At first I felt very uneasy. Then I felt that I used to it. I seem to forget him gradually. At least, I seldom feel the worry and care for him. I don’t know whether this choice is reasonable or unwise. Sometimes I will think about him, and the enjoyment and happiness when we get together. It’s a pity that I lose them forever. I don’t know whether he notices or cares about it. Maybe I am just one of his good friends, no particular, no special. He has said that he has a lot of good friends, both male and female. So I am just one of them, with nothing special in his life. 

The other day Melody said to me that no man will treat you good without purpose. So, does he treat me more special than other girls? I am not sure. I seem to be not a sensitive girl who notices others’ attitude to me. I just know clearly that when I am with him my heart is full of joy and happiness.

Since I have known the secret between him and Lily, I felt that I can’t confront him as before. I can’t forgive his words to Lily that I seldom get together with her. In fact, during those days, I think I often get together with him. During those days, we often play jokes with each other. I remember clearly that we sat together before his computer and read all his photos in the past and I listened carefully his stories in the past and how they influence his mind and his life and how he thinks about them. It’s so a long time that I was eager to go to WC. However, I don’t want to disturb his pouring out, so I put up with it until finally I can’t bare it at all. I also remember one night we walked along the road on the campus. I listened carefully about his philosophy about his life and how he treats other people. He said he is an excellent boy. At that time there were a lot of scandal about him and me. Almost all the colleagues thought that we were or would fall into love. I don’t know whether his word means. Maybe it means nothing unfair to me. Maybe it suggests that the time we get together is still less of his expectation, so he thinks we seldom get together. In contrast, I treasure every minute when I get together with him. One minute can make me aftertaste for one hour and even more. Therefore, there is how the difference in our mind begins. Can I understand it in this way?

In spite of this matter which makes me unease, there is still one more important factor. I know clearly that he has purpose to run after Lily. He hasn’t met her face to face and even known little about her, does he really fall in love with her? I don’t know whether this is his real mind, or just because he is lonely so he wants to pursue something romantic. It’s safe to run after a girl nobody around him knows. It has no burden or bad influence if it’s a failure to develop the relationship.

No matter what is the real matter, it’s clear that we are far from each other. I often conclude to my close friends that I am a girl who will be deserved no love. Because my love never happens at the first sight. I have to make friends with a boy for a long time. Unless after I get along with him for a long time and know about him a lot that I will crush to him. During our friendship, he must have nothing particular purpose to treat me good. If I feel his meaning, I will never be moved by his kindness and care for me. I love naturally by getting together with him, and I hope the boy loves me naturally by knowing about me more and more. I think this kind of love is the only pure love in this society full of benefit. However, as a saying goes, the man is the sight animal. The man usually crushes to a girl just at the sight of her. At first if he has nothing special to you, there will be nothing special forever. Therefore, the boy who I have a special feeling for will not express his love to me, and the boy who runs after me will not make me like or even moved to accept him. For the first one, I am a shy girl full of self-esteem that I will never have courage to express my love to him. For the latter one, I will never be happy to be with him. Therefore, since graduation, although I have received so much pursuit from several boys, there is no real love happening between two persons at all. 

I am a bright girl who knows clearly about my advantages and weakness. But it’s difficult for me to conquer my weakness. Who can help me and who can tell me what I can do?
